The project addresses the programmatic requirements of a residential building with the aim of meeting and exceeding them through innovation in the design and construction techniques typical of this type of project. The project reinvents the repetitive approach typical of this kind of real estate development, creating a new language. This is one of the fundamental reasons why these homes, along with their scale, materiality, and spatiality, feel like a home: warm, inviting, and welcoming, defying any trend or era.

The facades respond directly to the needs and function of each space, as well as its connection to the surrounding environment and climate. Two main facades protect family life. One facade faces the golf course, projecting the interior while simultaneously absorbing the exterior. The other main facade reaffirms the personality of an exclusive lifestyle based on healthy habits and principles of balance between functionality and spatial quality.
